1. 7-Day Inspection Policy

We offer a 7-day inspection policy from the date of mock delivery. If a handcrafted item arrives damaged, has surface cracks (unrelated to normal organic variations), or has leakages in cosmetic bottles, you may request a mock replacement or store credit.
